Increases in workload and turnover each year has enabled Riley McLaren not only to expand but to reinvest into our very successful Riley McLaren Apprenticeship Scheme ouRMAP.
To date Riley McLaren has funded the training of 9 apprentices all of which are still working with company.
As you can see from the table below we are in the process of training 5 new electricians.
We have no doubt that with the close collaboration of the apprentices’ respective colleges and the fully qualified electricians providing on site guidance that these trainees will become fully qualified electricians that are a credit to themselves and Riley McLaren.
